• After the update, I cleared my cookies and visited my home page. It seems to come up correctly, but when I click on any article titles, I get a browser error message ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

Also, each of the URLs has this a the end:

    /?ref=ttl/wp-admin/install.php

I’m sorry to hear you’ve run into issues.

I can’t seem to reproduce the issue on my end, unfortunately. Could you try to log in to your site via FTP or CPanel, and delete the existing Jetpack plugin folder?

You’ll find the Jetpack plugin folder here:

    wp-content
       plugins
         jetpack - DELETE THIS FOLDER

Does the problem disappear? If it doesn’t, I’m afraid it might not be linked to Jetpack. It would then be worth deactivating each one of your plugins, one at a time, until you find the source of the problem.

Let me know how it goes!
