• I use JetPack to maintain more than 1 website. However, if I want to update them through the WordPress.com Dashboard, the majority of them are not visible. I get a red mark. Do I need to change anything? All other features of this plugin work fine. For your information: the website are hosted with different providers.

Thanks for the feedback. It seems that WordPress.com is having trouble communicating with your sites via the Jetpack API. This could be caused by security plugins restricting access to your sites, security rules blocking some of the requests, or errors on the sites. Unfortunately, I can’t say much more without having a closer look at your sites.

Could you please start a thread in the support forums here, and tell us more about some of the sites where you experience issues?

If you want your sites to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:

    Thank you!
