Works as Billed

Downloaded it and upgraded to the paid version so that I could use it to migrate my site to a new domain name using the restore feature. It backed up easily, but I kept having an issue with the restore on a new domain. I emailed support and they were back with me within an hour, showed me what I needed to do (a simple mistake on my end) and it worked like a charm. Great tool and even better support!
