    Great Plugin! Very reliable and also the responsivness ist very good.
    It’s noticeabel that the developers invest lots of effort and also the turn around time for ticket responses is exellent, as well as the willingness to implement useful additions, such as setting the tickets private/public, which was released om March 8th.

    Folks, buy the plugin if you want the best ticket system 🙂
