    There is no proper instructions to design all pages if you creating your own template. There is a option to assign template for first page but no option for the page after filling the form.

    You can change any element via CSS classes that have been assigned to every element of the plugin

    If you are experiencing issues with a plugin, best practice is to ask a question in the support forum before leaving a one star review. We’d really love to help you fix this issue.

    Please can you elaborate on your second issue? What page are you referring to?

    Hi,

    I am editing twentytwelve theme for a website. I am creating custom page templates for pages. Now there is a option to assign a template from pages section to the first page on which form is coming but there is no option to assign a template to the page which come after filling the form.

    I’m not sure how aware you are of how damaging this one star review is for our plugin – especially considering it was more of a support issue.

    We have provided a solution to the issue you experienced. This is the only way that you can modify the template for a “custom post type” in WordPress. We have also provided an example template file for you to use on the link specified above.
