    Their site says they will index your site for search in 24 hours.
    It’s been 4 days, and my site still isn’t indexed.
    Two emails to tech support and customer service have gone unanswered.
    One of the links from their website was blocked by my security software as a known malicious web URL.
    Don’t waste your time on this one.

  • hahaha, are you working for Google and trying to spam them? I see you registered here just a couple of weeks ago.

    When you was trying to register, did’nt you see that Google gmail is the only mail service that block the automatic email they send when registering? Why? Answer: Google is a direct competitor.

    No, Im not employed by Munax. I just wrote this comment because I think their service is so extremely good 🙂 They have zillion of customers.

    Dont spam them. No reason for it. They are the best!

    My email does not go to Gmail it goes to my own domain.
    Their control panel at their own website says they never indexed my site.
    They never answered one technical question ever.
    It is worthless.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    The reasons for your bad experience might be:

    * We had a major service upgrade during a whole week some time ago and maybe the service was unable to respond to your registration during that time.

    * It’s an automatic and free service and we try to set off as much time as possible for support. We receive hundreds of emails and some might fall “between the chairs”. Sorry for that.
