No contact after purchase

Before I purchased praybox+ i sent a couple of emails to them asking a couple of questions and got an answer back immediately, After I purchased it I was having a problem not getting an email when someone posted a pray on my site. I sent several emails to them about this and have not had one reply back. Guess it is a case of when they have your money!!!
