Does what it says and does it well

Internal Link Manager is the closest thing I can find for my needs. I will have to dive into the code to do a little customizing. Namely, I want the links work across a multisite install while limiting backend access to Super Admin only. Shouldn’t be too difficult, since this plugin already has most of the work done for me.
