home page title

    Hello
    I use All in one SEO and it works perfectly for everything I set up, except the Home page
    The meta description is fine, Google finds it, but the home page title is not taken into consideration neither the SEO Audit tools. It likes it does not exist…
    I do not understand why, I’ve been looking for solutions for a month…,
    I’ve tried all different kind of parameters offering by the plug in ( “by default” or enabling the”Use Static Front Page Instead”)
    What is really weird is that the description is fine…

    This is most likely a problem with your theme. If you check the source code of your site you’ll see that the title tag is completely empty. Try switching to the default Twenty Sixteen theme and see if the title tag is output. If it is then you know it’s your theme, if it is not then deactivate all other plugins and see if the title tag is output.
