    Hi there,

I don’t know if you monitor this forum still but if you do, I’m trying out your plugin as the one I was using had no replies to the support forums in ages!

I literally installed your plugin, authorised Google Analytics and the dashboard widget is empty. No JavaScript errors as far as I can see. The site attracts 300 or so visits/day so there is a ton of data in Analytics itself.

I’ve tried unminifying JS, clearing the site’s cache, clearing the CDN cache but to no avail.

Wonder if I’m missing something? The site in question is: http://resource-centre.net

    My thanks in advance,

    Martin

  • I just installed the plugin and have the same issue. The obvios reason is because no GA code is being inserted into the header. Weird. I can’t get it to work.

I have Google Analytics working on the site (so going to the GA website yields real stats). A really odd situation.

The official support forum is here (although I try to check in here once in awhile too): https://forums.digitalpoint.com/forums/better-analytics.31/

If this is something that is still going on, please let me know.
