Most likely you have an error in the book data. Edit a book, try to save it, and look for an error message near the top. Fix the error and your book should publish and no longer be in draft mode.
If that doesn’t solve the problem, I’ll need more info or a screen shot of one of your books.

When you saved the book, you did not have an error message at the top of the page?
A screen shot is a picture of what your screen looks like. To send me a screen shot, if you have Windows, press the print screen button on your keyboard. Then start writing an email and in the body of the email press Ctrl-V to paste in the image. Send the email to mooberry @ mooberrydreams.com.
If you cannot send me a screenshot I will need to know all of the info you have entered onto your book page OR admin access to your WP Dashboard.
The error will look something like (text might be different depending on the error):
