Notifications Stopped

We noticed that just since 8/8/2016, we stopped getting email notifications from the plugin when a new application was submitted. We haven’t changed anything on our end. And since the email appears to be coming from the applicant, there is no way to whitelist anything with our email client. We’ve checked our spam & junk and these email notifications are not in these folders. Any ideas on why it would suddenly stop working?
