    You’ll need to look at your web server logs to see what is happening, it’s likely a local configuration issue with the web server.

    I’m a noob, so I’m sorry to say I have no idea what to look for, or even where to find the web server logs… :-/

    Unfortunately that’s outside of the scope of what I can help you with, I’d suggest getting in touch with your hosting provider and see if they can help you with it.
