RTMP Red5 Forbidden?

    Hi, im trying to set up the player to show a live stream from my red5 rtmp server. I added a player, and a video. what do i have to set as live stream path, and live stream url. as url i have rtmp://myserver.tld/live/
    and as stream path live.
    when i click onto the add video button in wordpress pages it tells me permission denied i can not view the page.
