Can't access my WP

    I was accessing WP with no issues until I yesterday. I was getting an SSL pop up, purchased SSl via my Bluehost. Went back and removed all my themes on my FTP, and now getting a damaged site indicator. Did my PHP codes and still not working?
    “define(‘WP_ALLOW_REPAIR’, true);”
    I added this however not sure what I’m missing

    Why? Did you leave the current default theme (2016) in wp-content/themes?

    I left all the WP initial themes. I did not have issues until i downloaded the ClassiAd theme. I may have done something wrong. I’ve since re-downloaded and still having trouble with login. I keep being directed to WP.com.
    WP.org is not taking me to my dashboard web page.
