    Thank you for contacting us!

    Yes extra UA script in your store(other than the UA script added by our plugin), will result in firing “double pageviews” in your analytics account.

    The reason for the discrepancy in bounce rate for your store is:

    1) Bounce Rate,depend on an accurate accounting of the pageviews on your website.

    2) Double pageviews for a single page due to double UA script on the store.

    Since the page will have two pageviews with visiting one-page , this will affect bounce rate.

    Additionally our plugin is adding the UA script on your code, we would appreciate if you can remove the other script to avoid the discrepancy in your analytics account(Pageviews & Bounce Rate).

    Hope this will help you to resolve the issue and check the GA data once after you have made the changes.
