Hello there,
If you set the Subscription Status (you see this option when you edit a subscription or when you add a new one) to Inactive, users will not be able to subscribe to this option.
Why do you have that other free option in the first place ? If you are manually assigning users to it, so they can do some stuff on your website, you might want to make it active but set a high price for it.
Best Regards.
I have the two free subscriptions because one is for Candidates (using the Jobify theme) and the other is for Employers. I am using the pms register form, and depending on which package they subscribe to determines what role they register as
But, I have set SOME content available to the employers, but in order to access other content they have to upgrade. What i don’t want them to be able to do, is see the Candidates free one and become a candidate (which is what happened when I tested it)
Does that make sense?
Thanks for your help in advance
Clare
Hello there,
It does make sense, but PMS does not work like that, so you can’t hide one and display the other. You only have the option to hide them on the register page.
Could I have a link to your website ? I need to register and make some tests in order to provide you with some code which will hide the candidate free option.
Waiting for your reply.
Best Regards.
