Theme on External server

    Hi,

    I have my own host and do not want to use one of the hosts suggested on the WordPress.org site, due to our huge exchange rate difference.

    Is this possible? I am a member of Elegantthemes

    No, you don’t have to use any of the hosts suggested by WordPress.org — they’re merely suggestions. You can use any host you want.

    It is worth adding that there are Minimum Requirements for WordPress, that your selected Host must meet:
    https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

    It is rare to find a Host that does not meet these requirements, but it does happen. I have seen, for example, low-end hosting packages that do not include a database. Very old versions of PHP or MySQL are also issues that I’ve seen from time to time.
