Unable to Commit changes in the Options page | WordPress.org

When I go to Options and change the option from Administrator to Subscriber, I am unable to see the submit button on any of the tabs in options. I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

Where is the submit button?

The Submit Changes button appears near the top of the page just above the tabs.

If you are having problems displaying this page, it is probably because you have an outdated version of PHP (5.2). You will need PHP 5.3 or later. WP recommends 5.6. https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
