Plugin for Clinic Website

Hello,

i am going to make website for clinic or hospital. i want to make dynamic website. which means i want to put registration page,appointment booking, customer dashboard, mailing to doctor or etc. in customer dashboard he or she can view his/her details. also they can download they report card, appointment receipt, doctor advice details or etc. one more things is that in customer dashboard there should appear all kind of hospital service and all doctor list.

please suggest me which theme i should use or which plugin i needed to install so that i can go ahead.
