Unfortunately I don’t have access to my FTP or Cpanel anymore (long story short, made a partnership and the people vanished) and for some reason I don’t have Jetpack installed anymore. However, when I try to install, I get the error message: “Destination folder already exists. /home/subadigi/public_html/zunkabitz/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/”

I’m afraid you won’t be able to work around that problem without access to FTP or cPanel. You could install Jetpack in a different folder by uploading it manually while using a different plugin name in the zip file, but you would then get lots of errors as similar functions would be called twice in the 2 Jetpack plugins. It would most likely bring your site down completely.

It might be worth trying to use a plugin like this one to try to remotely delete the existing Jetpack plugin folder:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/ftp-sync/

I’ve never used that plugin though, so I can’t guarantee that it will help.

Another alternative would be to contact your host; they might be able to remove the folder for you.

    I hope this helps.
