Hello is1234
I trust you are doing well today!
I can’t reproduce this on my site.
Since your plugin is version 1.3, please update CoursPress manually via FTP or use a file manager.
Make a full backup of your site before making any changes.
Navigate to wp-content/pluginsdirectory, locate coursepress folder ad reanme it to something else. Once you do this, upload the downloaded plugin there.
Please read detailed instructions from here.
Once you install the new version, please try to upload an image again and let us know the results.
Kid Regards,
Nastia

ALSO, im willing to give my WP details to u guys cus i do trust this support team. I just want this fixed asap of course 🙂
Hello ris1234,
Thank you for your kind words!
Would you please run one more test to make sure this is not a conflict with another plugin?
Switch to a default WordPress theme, deactivate all other plugins, except the CoursePress, and try to upload an image. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.
Follow the flowchart from our Getting Support manual:
https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/getting-support/
Just to make sure, you can’t Upload an image to a course description, or inside a unit’s element?
Please let us know how it went!
Cheers,
Nastia
I see the problem:
To update it asks me to use the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin. So i activate it.
It takes me to a dashboard. But I cant login so i cant update. It doesnt not recognize the emailadress I used to purchase the plugin.
