The sitemap at that site is valid. Did you previously have sitemap indexes checked?

No, I’ve had never sitemap indexes checked. Everytime I resubmit sitemap in Google Webmaster Tools, I get the error.
What does it say is the missing tag?
It says

Main tag: urlset
Tag: url
Is this what you ask for?
That tag definitely isn’t missing. Your sitemap validates just fine.
Resubmit it to Google. Make sure it isn’t using an old one.
As Michael suggested – try deleting existing one.
I found last week that simply resubmitting site didn’t work straight away – even though the URI was the same.
Deleting and then adding the new one did the trick.
That definitely did the trick, thank you guys!
Using this plugin and fixed the error in google webmaster page by adding .xml to the name in the google sitemap console.
