404 On All MP3 Uploads

I have just noticed that PowerPress is no longer seeing the files I have uploaded.
If you go to each and download it says “Failed – No file” but the files are there, as I use FTP to upload them and the ftp is showing them, the FTP also allows me to download and play them.
For example I have just uploaded to: http://mashuppodcast.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/MashupPodcastEpisode12.mp3
However, it returns as 404 when trying to add it to a post or visit the url in the address bar.
The files are showing perfectly fine in FTP.
