Please set availability for hours correctly.
Select both options before your Submit:
Change hours definitions (changing the definitions will overwrite any previous hours data)
and
Set default hours values for this day(s). This will overwrite any existing data.

Ok, I figured it out. You have two windows with the same title, “Set days availability” it is confusing. I know the plugin is free, but I would pay for a slightly easier version.
