Hi, is it possible to use the default WooCommerce email template for Awesome Support? I’m talking about this template: https://yithemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/0410.jpg

Unfortunately, it is not possible. However, I realize that the default e-mails aren’t looking particularly sexy. We have an improvement planned in the roadmap: https://trello.com/c/4COEv5nT
