Just wanted to share that I am experiencing the same issue after the latest WooCommerce updates:
Notice: Undefined property: WC_Query::$filtered_product_ids in /wp-content/plugins/duracelltomi-google-tag-manager/integration/woocommerce.php on line 23
This seems to appear only when Enhanced Ecommerce Tracking or Adwords Remarketing are enabled.

Ok, I have a fix: prepare to update your current GTM container setup.
The only way I was able to fix this will need you to fire your AdWords remarketing tags on “DOM ready” instead of the “All pages” trigger.
I will do some more tests tomorrow before I release the new version, if you can not wait, you can download the latest version from the WP SVN repository:
