JetPack Not installing

Hi There,
Tried installing jetpack to my website and got the following message
Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible
I have checked with my hosting provider who allow accdess to wordpress.com
Also, my other websites which are hosted by the same hosting company are using jetpack without any issues
