migrate from anspress

    Hi,
    I know what you want. However, you can not migrate from anspress to DWQA at this point.
    I sent and notified our technical team about this problem. We will discuss it.

    Any update on this? I would also like to migrate from Anspress to DW Question and Answer plugin. I am ready for a paid plugin with better support, but I absolutely have to be able to convert my current anspress Q&A.

    @wolfspad, @bassplayer247, if you are just looking to convert questions and answers from Anspress, then try this:

    1. Use Tools -> Export to export all your questions and then all your answers — do them separately — to .xml format. Download the files and store them as backups.

    2. Install and activate the Convert Post Types plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/convert-post-types/

    3. Use that plugin to convert questions to dwqa-questions and answers to dwqa-answers. (You will need to have DW Q&A activated.)

    Now you should be good to go!
