• When I try to use the certificate option, the link causes a 500 Internal Error to populate, instead of downloading the PDF. If I change the file permissions for that exact certificate PHP file via FTP, then I can go back and download the certificate from the link (it works when I change it to 644 from 664). It appears that the plugin is generating the files at the incorrect permissions setting. How can I remedy this so users can download their certificate upon passing the quiz?

I already tested this on a different theme and with the other plugins disabled. I also tried creating a new quiz, to test if something weird was going on with that one. I still had the same results. I am running the most recent version of QSM.

    Thanks!

    Hi Kerrie,

Thanks for the response. I already did all that. I just thought I’d post here in case anyone else has had the issue and managed to solve it. I still cannot get it to work.
