You can use the following.

1. What operating system? which version?
latest Linux Version will do.

2. How much RAM should be?
Considering your plugin count and future content/plugin update 2GB ram would be more than enough.

3. How many CPUs?
Well not sure about this, but one would be enough.

4. Any other thing?
Just make sure you meet the php and mysql version required for wordpress as mentioned in the following link.
