Can Not Deactivate | WordPress.org

Hi,

When I click to deactive I see a white blank screen with this URL: /wp-admin/plugins.php?action=deactivate&plugin=jetpack%2Fjetpack.php&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s&_wpnonce=d758b8a30f

and it doesn’t deactivate. How can I fix this?

Could you please log in to your site via FTP, and delete the existing jetpack plugin files?

Once you have done so you should be able to install Jetpack again, either via the Plugin installer in your dashboard, or manually via FTP:
