Feature Request / Add custom text to Multi-Subscription

    Hi Sebastien,

    many thanks for this great plugin 🙂

    I would just like to suggest one feature. It would be awesome if it would be possible to add some custom text when Multi-Subscription is used, e.g. for giving some information to the subscribers like “You can always unsubscribe”.

    Would be great to see this feature 🙂
