A problem with the CAPTCHA image

    Hi,

    My site users are saying they can no longer register to the site because they are facing a issue with CAPTCHA verification. I tested this as well once all the details are correctly entered CAPTCHA verification always return as wrong CAPTCHA.

    “CAPTCHA is not valid, please try again”

    Can you please look into this issue please?

    Due to this problem, I had to disable CAPTCHA on my site temporarily. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Do you have the GD Library for PHP installed and enabled?

    I’m not sure about that. Is this relating to web host? Because I changed my hots recently. In my earlier host CAPTCHA was working properly.

    Yes, it is. GD lib is mandatory for CAPTCHA generation, and it should be enabled from your hosting.

    Thanks Alberto but my host said that GD lib is already activated 🙁

    For some reason plugin returns “CAPTCHA is not valid, please try again” message every time when some one try to register.

    Can you please diagnose what’s going on?

    However in these ones, There’s no Captcha problem. User can register to the site without an issue.

    Can you please diagnose what’s going on?
    Its wired that Captcha works on some sites but not on others.

    Yes, it is very strange 🙁

    This problem happened with this site: http://bit.ly/1pQKIy7 but now it is resolved. No Captcha verification error notification shows.

    Yes, w3 total cache is enable for this site. I’ve cleared the cache and tried but no luck. My host use some page speed optimization feature. Wonder that cause this to happen.

    I have removed Captcha verification. Now the user has to verify his account by going to his mail.

    I think this have been caused by any cache system. My apologies but it’s the only thing can cause your issue.
