I have created a document and a new category. Assigned that document to the newly created category. Click Here

In the published page the categories are not visible. (view below link)

This issue is occurring only to newly created page/documents/categories.

Can you use a cache plugin? If so try to clear that data.
What hosting are you using? If WP Engine, there’s an option within dashboard to clear server cache data, try that as well.
