By this, do you mean via the “Supports” parameters that you can set when setting up your post types? Or perhaps the screen options tab at the top? or something else?

No idea what that metabox is coming from, it’s not looking familiar to me at all. Definitely not something provided by CPTUI itself, so I’m not sure how much help I’m going to be here.
