Hi there. I have the pro version of the YourChannel plugin for our website.

I clicked in the link within the dashboard for documentation and troubleshooting but I get a Page Not Found error. Id there documentation for this plugin? There are a few things I’d like to change.

Title color, add the description, remove the meta.

Also, I can’t get the playlist from out YT channel to display in the side bar.

Any help would be appreciated. (I also emailed you through your website)

    Thanks

    Morag Reid

    Here is the link http://automotiverhythms.com/artv/
But I see that I have to use individual URLS rather than a YouTube playlist already created?

I think the sidebar’s style is messed by the theme itself. Do other widgets show up in the sidebar?

To pull videos from a certain YouTube playlist, add playlist=”youtube_playlist_id to the shortcode. Videos from that playlist will show up in the Videos tab.

You have now created custom playlist. You should use this feature only if you are making a custom playlist by collecting videos from separate playlists / channels etc.

I have emailed you custom CSS to hide meta.

Thank you. I was trying to paste the playlist ID into the playlist area in the settings.

I guess you can’t display the description or change the title color?

    You can.
To change colors, change Color > Link in Colors > Toggle of the YourChannel edit form. If that doesn’t work – because of your theme’s style overriding, I’l provide you with some CSS.

To show description, simply paste .yrc-video-desc{ display:block !important; } in Style > Toggle > Custom CSS field.
