WP Mobile incompatibility with Jetpack stats? | WordPress.org

I just installed WP Mobile as my mobile theme, and I noticed that Jetpack is no longer registering traffic from mobile users for site statistics. Do you know why this is happening and how I can solve it? Thanks!

If so, could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look and make sure the tracking code is properly included on all pages, included on mobile?
