• I have had a couple of customers call today because there postcodes are not being accepted at the checkout, i have tried it myself and sometimes it works and sometimes it says Please enter a valid postcode/ZIP.

    Help would be greatly appreciated

    Example postcodes and for what country? post your system status report so I can see if you’re running plugins with their own validation.

    Hi Mike,

    I changed back to the old version of woo to avoid any more issues.
    These are uk postcodes sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t.. i was looking at your plugin to remove the required postcode field but at $50 its quite an expensive fix.

    Any suggestion would be valued

    If you can provide examples that would be good. I’ve not seen issues with our validation, and I myself am in the UK and have tested known formats.

    Hi guys,

    It appears there is still an issue with this. I have also discovered that it has something to do with only “shipping to specific countries” option. I only want to sell to the UK, but I keep getting this error. However, when I choose the option to ship to all countries, it seems to work absolutely fine. HELP PLEASE!

    EDIT: Forgot to mention that shipping zones are absolutely fine.

    It even happens when I select only United Kingdom in “Sell to specific countries” and with “Ship to all countries you sell to” selected.
