Mobile Theme – CSS module not loading

The CSS module does not seem to be loading unless for all pages of the mobile theme as you can see on the homepage for woocommerce image I have this custom CSS in my CSS module of jetpack (which works)

    margin: auto;
    max-height: 160px;
    width: initial;
}

But then if you go to http://mobilereactor.co.uk/shop/ the CSS is not loading ??

This issue is for jetpack CSS module not loading on my mobile theme.

Any ideas what’s going on.
