Weird Proportions?

Alright, we are working on our portfolio for our website, getting ready to relaunch, but I am having issues with the presentation.
I am using the Gallery/Content Popup settings.
When I upload my images, they may be a vertical or horizontal picture, but the specs are the same size. 800×600.
Something is happening with the resizing where it makes one image smaller than the other and i am not sure as to why that is.
Example: http://www.brandsimaging.com/test << click here and go to Iceforce 10. The first picture is big, its taking up a beautiful chunk of space, but the second picture, doesn’t. They are the same proportions, but the plugin is…changing it? I do not understand how to fix this, or be directed to the portion of code that will allow me to fix this? Please help!
