Can you contact your hosting regarding this issue? There seems to be a problem with the server.
Also can you send me a link to the registration page? I would like to test out the form.
Did you tried to deactivate all other plugins and use a default WordPress theme? Maybe there is a plugin/theme conflict.

now i found out what was the issue. Its zero spam plugin creating problem. Even Spam Shield plugin created bigger problems than this. Why this kind of spam blocker plugins causes this kind of register and login issues? Then what will should be the spam security measures we can take?

I am glad that you found the issue. They are trying to protect your website and sometimes they interfere with registration plugins.
