Album thumbnail image won't select

When creating a new Album, I click on Select Album Image, then click on Media Library which displays thumbnails of images. I can’t click on a thumbnail itself, but I can click on “Show”, then “Insert Into Post”, but then I just go back to the Create Album page – no URL is in the Album Thumbnail URL field. I have to go to the Media Library, open the image and copy the image URL from the Attachment Detail then paste it into the Album Thumbnail URL field.
