Bold is still there, it’s called ‘weight’.
Did you just upgrade from an old version? It looks like italics where out for a while already.
Anyway you are in luck. I was just about to update the plugin, so I put this back as well. Check out the new version.

It’s called ‘style’ and can be found at the text section under ‘weight’.
I have updated to 4.17. I don’t have a style section under weight.
Under weight I have options for blank, normal and bold in the drop-down.

You are right. To my surprise it seems that this part didn’t go into the update. This is why it’s showing in my files, but not here. Sorry for that confusion.
Download the latest version manually from here ( same number ). Then deactivate your current version and delete it. Choose plugins -> add new -> upload and upload the downloaded zip file with the latest. Activate after and it should show.
