    Hi jenlew,

    Indeed, it’s kind of ironic to support a support plugin 😉

    Regarding your issue, could you please start by going in Tickets > Settings, click the Style tab and hit the save button.

    Right, I’d like to alter the Default
    should i uncheck the stylesheet and just create the page I want?

    If you just want to change the CSS you can do that indeed. If you want to go further and want to change the page template itself, please refer to this doc: https://getawesomesupport.com/documentation/awesome-support/templating/
