Cancel Booking

    I am having a problem with cancelling bookings from the reservation page. I had been able to cancel two booking by clicking on ‘cancel’ button a few days ago. However I was unable to cancel the first booking as it did not have a cancel button. Following cancellation of these bookings I was able to make another booking and this was shown to have a cancel button in the backend when I checked and approved. However I have gone into the reservation section today and the cancel button is now missing. I therefore now cannot cancel any of the bookings that are listed.

    Can you give me an indication of the possible problem.

    Are the dates in the reservation with the missing cancel button in the past ?

    The booking runs from the 28th February, 2016 until the 15th May, 2017 so the start date is past but not the return date. If part of the booking was cancelled I would have to generate another availability.

    In this case it’s not possible to cancel a reservation anymore.

    Another note. When I click on cancelled box although I have cancelled a couple of reservations they don’t show and when I click on expired box it doesn’t show the reservation in question. It is only when I click on the approved box does it show the two reservation already there. The first that had no cancel button originally and the other which is the one I specified in the above post. In addition nothing shows when I click on the expired box.

    Cancelled reservations will not appear in the Expired list.
    Only reservations with both check in and checkout dates in the past appear as Expired.

    What version do you have installed ?
