    Hi,

    You can go to Settings -> Discussion -> And check Users must be registered and logged in to comment.

    Keep in mind that if your users has a free plan and he is a registered users he will be able to leave a comment.

    This feature is not available in PMS but I will forward it to the dev team. Thank you for your feed-back.
