Show file lis without logging in to WordPress

Hi,

I would like to have two pages for File Away. Both without to have to login to WordPress.
This page for file upload for the contributors:

This page
http://svbtest.nl/2016/02/19/leermiddelenalleenlezen/
Without the upload function.

Is is possible to remove the upload functionality from the second page?
