Plugin looking for quick-paypal-payments-custom.css

Even with the box for custom css never checked in settings, the plugin is still looking for the quick-paypal-payments-custom.css file, but it doesn’t exist. I’ve gone ahead and just copied the standard css file and renamed it, but it was adding almost 2 seconds to the load time on my site. Just an FYI for anyone having load speed problems right now.
