Publicize not working for some users | WordPress.org

I have multiple users on my site and some are reporting that Publicize isn’t working when they post. I can see stories going out to Facebook and Twitter when written by an admin and a editor but not any other user levels.

Mine has stopped working in the last week. Now can’t publicize at all. all was fine up until 4th Feb.

Publicize failed connection. The refreshing of connections doens’t work anymore, for ” Jetpack: [auth_failed] Authorization header was malformed”.
